Here's how it works
As you receive your W2's, 1090's and all other tax documents, use our contact us form to initiate the process. We'll assign one of our top tier coaches to guide you every step of the way!
We partner with Dropbox for file uploads and transfers. They're the industry leading document retrieval solution to make uploading your tax documents a breeze. Once your tax coach sends your your personalized link, take pictures of your tax documents and upload them directly to us. Read more about what we do to secure your documents in the process.
Expect to exchange communication with your coach. We are truly approaching your taxes in the most personal way, helping you find every credit and deduction you qualify for. Once your return is complete, you'll receive an e-sign request to authorize the submission of your return and an invoice for our work. We accept debit/credit cards, Paypal and Venmo. When payment is confirmed, your return will be e-filed electronically to the IRS for processing. A copy of your completed tax return and all tax records will be safely stored in your personal storage folder for your convenience.
