Here's how it works:
Once you've received your W2's, 1090's and all other tax documents, use our contact us form to start the process. Your personal coach will send you your personalized Dropbox link to upload your files. Remember, you're the boss! We can communicate by email, text, messenger, WhatsApp or Zoom. Please let us know your availability and we'll work around your schedule to discuss any question you may have.
Taxee partners with Dropbox to power our file sharing capabilities, ensuring a secure document exchange solution that seamlessly adapts to every tax document. Once you receive your personalized upload link, take pictures of your tax documents and upload them directly to us. All tax documents are exchanged exclusively through your personal link that only you will be able to access. We will never ask for your tax files through email. We recommend requests of personal and tax files to be exchanged using Dropbox only.

Expect to exchange communication with your coach. We are truly approaching your taxes in the most personal way, helping you find every credit and deduction you qualify for. Once your return is completed, you'll receive an e-sign request to authorize the electronic submission of your return and an invoice for our work. We accept debit/credit cards, Paypal and Venmo. When payment is confirmed, your return will be e-filed electronically to the IRS for processing. A copy of your completed tax return and all tax records will be safely stored in your personal portal for your convenience.
